The vacuum aging furnace can process beryllium copper, reeds, shrapnel, connectors, etc., to enhance toughness, stress relief, and discoloration. The heating furnace chamber is of 1500 type alumina polycrystalline fiber integrated molding. It has the advantage of small shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, good insulation effect, durable and energy-efficient. The temperature control system includes the PID system, 30 segments programmable control with an accuracy of ±1℃. It adopts the 10-inch LCD touch screen, and up to 100 process programs can be preset and modified. The furnace adopts an advanced protection system, includes an over-temperature alarm, broken couple reminder, over-current protection, leakage protection, and automatic power cutoff when the furnace body is open.
